Partner4Work proudly partners with more than 80 organizations in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County to impact and provide opportunity for job seekers and businesses alike. We partner with community-based organizations, businesses, training providers and educators, and economic development agencies to collectively bridge the gap between people looking for work and businesses in need of talent.
We offer a wide-ranging menu of tools and resources including:
- Opportunities to learn from regional employers about hiring needs and trends
- Opportunities to discover and connect with others about the different training opportunities available for job seekers
- Referrals among agencies to maximize resources and most effectively serve job seekers
- A robust professional development series to arm front-line staff with effective service models
- Access to labor market information and data
