Partner4Work (P4W) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify qualified organizations to provide summer opportunities for youth through the Learn & Earn program for the summer of 2025. The RFP outlines three program tiers aimed at workforce and skill development:
Tier 1: Work-Readiness and Career Exploration – For ages 14-15, focusing on career exploration, soft skills, and introductory work readiness.
Tier 2: Work Experience – For ages 16-18, providing hands-on work experience and career development.
Tier 3: Work-Based Training – For ages 18-24, offering intensive career training, including pre-apprenticeships in high-demand fields like government, technology, and healthcare.
Partner4Work seeks innovative proposals tailored to these tiers, with programming that inspires and prepares youth for career pathways. Placements will be based on program fit, participant needs, and availability, with Partner4Work serving as the employer of record and payroll provider. Proposals should consider ways to provide engaging, skill-building summer experiences that prepare youth for successful transitions into the workforce.
