New Guidance: P4W - COVID-19 Memo - Electronic Signature and Eligibility Verification

To ensure individuals and employers can continue to receive services during the COVID-19 health crisis, this document provides guidance on the appropriate use of electronic signatures and eligibility verification for program enrollment, including Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I and Temporary Assistance for Need Families (TANF) Youth program services. This guidance is in effect until further notice and may be rescinded when requirements to social distance are lifted by the Commonwealth of PA and the Centers for Disease Control.
