Request For Proposals Dislocated Worker Services

Partner4Work (Partner4Work) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a provider of career services for Dislocated Workers in Allegheny County and the City of Pittsburgh. The period of performance is expected to be July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, with possibility for annual renewals. We are seeking an organization that has experience in serving Dislocated Workers and can implement service delivery in an accessible location, providing recruitment, enrollment, high-quality case management, supportive services, and career services, including job placement and retention. All services procured through this RFP must adhere to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
