Request for Proposals - Industry Recognized Training Programs

Partner4Work is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify occupational training programs that will provide pathways for Allegheny County job seekers to gain industry-recognized credentials and related employment. As a result of this RFP, Partner4Work expects to award multiple fixed price contracts to support such training programs and further the workforce development system in our area. All interested applicants should read the full RFP carefully for a full understanding of the requirements before responding.

Partner4Work intends to conduct a virtual bidder's conference to review the requirements of the RFP and proposal content. Please see the RFP for further details and instructions regarding the bidder's conference, including the date, time, and registration requirements.

Interested and qualified applicants must submit proposals no later than March 1, 2024 at 5:00pm ET to RFP@partner4work.org. Please see the RFP for further requirements regarding proposal formatting and content.
