Through this competitive procurement, Partner4Work seeks an individual or organization to develop and lead a series of workshops and training sessions to foster a collaborative work culture at PA CareerLink® sites across Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. This initiative aims to facilitate the integration of new program teams, including EARN, Work Ready, and SNAP, into existing workforce development services. The chosen facilitator(s) will design sessions that promote team cohesion, mutual respect, and cross-program engagement, contributing to a unified and high-performing workforce culture.
