Request for Proposals - Occupational Training Services, Industry-Recognized Training Pipeline

Partner4Work announces this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify occupational training programs that will provide pathways for Allegheny County job seekers to gain industry-recognized credentials and related employment. Successful applicants will propose quality occupational training programs with proven connections to committed employers willing to provide opportunities for full-time employment to participants who complete training. Successful applicants will work closely with PA CareerLink®, whose staff will make eligibility and suitability determinations for all potential participants.

Interested parties should read the RFP carefully for a full understanding of the requirements and instructions for submitting an effective proposal. Partner4Work will conduct a bidders' conference on October 28, 2021, from 10:00 to 11:00 am EDT. All interested applicants are highly encouraged to attend the bidders' conference. Registration is required. See the RFP for guidance on how to register.
