Request for Proposals - Learn and Earn Application Support Sites

Partner4Work is eager to partner with community organizations to provide outreach, technology, and staff support to help young people complete the online application for Learn and Earn 2017, the summer youth employment program for Pittsburgh and Allegheny County residents between the ages of 14 and 21.
