Request for Proposals - One-Stop Operator

Partner4Work seeks an entrepreneurial leader, someone able to see the big picture and bring new connections to the table,  to fill a new role within the local workforce development system.

In this RFP, we seek proposals for a One-Stop Operator for PA CareerLink® Pittsburgh/Allegheny County. The One-Stop Operator leads the collaboration and integration of workforce development services within CareerLink and in the community.
