Success Stories in Banking Careers

We’re excited to recognize six recent BankWork$® graduates who have launched successful careers in banking through the BankWork$ program! Congratulations to Jessica, Misty, Shyla, Virginia, Hadassah, and Asia on starting their new roles at PNC, Northwest Bank, First Commonwealth Bank, First National Bank, and Dollar Bank.

Their achievements showcase the power of partnership. Together with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, Partner4Work, and the Energy Innovation Center, BankWork$ provides free, comprehensive training that empowers participants to step into banking careers with confidence. Each graduate gained hands-on skills, mentorship, and industry-specific training to qualify for roles such as teller, customer service representative, and personal banker.
