PITTSBURGH, PA (September 27, 2022) – PA CareerLink® Pittsburgh announced today that it is moving its offices to 914 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
“The vision of our new space has come to life — welcoming, accommodating, and innovative,” said Amy Sljva-Blystone, Site Administrator. “I’m so excited to begin this new journey with our customers, staff, partners, and community.”
The new office will have updated furnishings and more space to accommodate larger employment events and training workshops for individuals seeking to improve their skills.
All operations in the new space will be consolidated to a single floor allowing for more streamlined services to be delivered to community partners, businesses, and those seeking career resources. The new location will also have a family area to be more welcoming and inclusive to individuals with children.
The current Downtown Pittsburgh location at 304 Wood Street closed on Friday, September 23, 2022. The new location will open to the public on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. While the Downtown location is closed due to the move, Unemployment Compensation appointments will be virtual. RESEA orientations will continue to be held; claimants should follow the scheduling instructions included in their mailed letter.
