The Richard King Mellon Foundation has awarded a $3 million grant to Partner4Work and Pittsburgh Pictures to produce three independent horror films in southwestern Pennsylvania over the next three years. This initiative, part of our new Filmmakers Industry Partnership, aims to cultivate a new generation of creative workforce professionals in the region.
The partnership will create up to 210 jobs and offer 30 internships, providing diverse opportunities in Pittsburgh’s creative economy. From acting and lighting to construction and catering, this program will open doors for local talent.
