Partner4Work is proud to support the Youth Civic Leadership Academy (YCLA) as they empower young leaders to tackle real-world issues through research and civic engagement.

With support from Mayor Ed Gainey’s Office, YCLA Scholars and Vets connected with experts who helped shape their research—leading one team to develop plans for a student-led resource event!

At the Research Symposium, students presented on critical topics like teen drug use, parental mental health, civic engagement, and more—earning praise from stakeholders and families for their depth of knowledge and confidence.

Their passion and dedication are inspiring, and we can't wait to see how they turn their ideas into action!
